trying for days but still no guide for b3v???

after days of trying to figure this out no luck, my guide for bev is stuck on noo info , althought the channels work i cannot tell what is playing , i have done a hard reboot, a factory reboot and then loaded the new code and also downloaded the epg in menu , still nothing , i know of other that have the guide but mine has no info, my dn is working fine but nothng foor bev, please help anyone..................

I hope this will clear up any uncertainty on which channels maybe used for best EPG population.

If you can find one channel with program info, put it on that channel and leave it there and see if it gradually loads. If not, just leave it on one channel and see if it starts to load. Make sure your clock is set correctly

Yup ... that's what you do. Put it on one of those channels and leave it there.

Make sure your Date and Time (clock) are set correctly in your receiver settings.

i have a couple channels "like 4" that have the guide showing but when i go to them they wont autoroll , they say searchingsignal and they don't come in, both sat strenghts are fine and the other channels that have no ifo work but the 4 that have the guide won't come in, i have the time set correct..thanks

Maybe provide a list of the ones that are not coming in, perhaps they are HD and you may not have an HD TV.

channel 332 has guide info stir of echos is on , but when i try to watch the channel it keeps saying searching signal and won;t come in...time and date is correct but nothing plays all channels that have no info in guide autoroll and come in?????????????

i had the same problem nothing worked.so i started at channel 200,clicking on every channel waiting for channel to come in then waited about 10 to 15 sec then went to the next channel did the same all the way through my guide thats the only way for some reason i could get my guide to fully poputate.

i'm gonna try to change the ports and see if that has any affect, i'll let cha know if it works and also gonna try what you guys suggested.......thanks for the replies
