Channel Description

First off thanks to all those that keep this hobby alive!! I for one appreciate it.
I have a VS Ultra loaded with the lastest bin.. works great! I am fairly new to this but I do have one question. I currently am on 110 and 119 DN... some of my channels in the guide such as channel 252 have EchoSt-00 beside the channel number while others such as HBO Starz..etc has the name right next to the channel number in the guide. Is there something I can do to get the actual channel name for theses other channels?
It's not a big deal really.. free is free !!

just reload the factory bin v131 then the latest bin. But before loading, Do a Factory default.
