VS Ultra signal
Why is it that when I install an new update, that I have to turn my ultra off and on several times, before the signal comes back.
For instance I just installed the update 080108 turned the FTA off and on.
No Signal, repeated No Signal. 5 times before the signal returned???
Am I doing something wrong or should I just leave it and it will return?
Thanks in advance.

Re: VS Ultra signal
After loading the new fix and the receiver starts, it is recomended that you power off the box using the rear switch, wait a couple of secs and turn the switch back ON
Now turn the receiver ON with your remote or the front power button. This process is called 'hard boot'

Re: VS Ultra signal
Check your Antenna Settings, make sure they were not altered.
