Antenna Setup

I have an Ultra that i am having a hard time getting Sat. 8-10 to come up in the antenna setup box at the top of setup. Echo 7 comes in perfect on disesq 2. I know it should be 1. 8 - 10 also shows good quality on diseq 2 and 4, but it doesn't show in the antenna setup window. I have tried moving the dish, but to no avail.

Echo 7 should be on port 1 I believe. Check those settings and compare them with yours.

That is the corect set up. My problem is that i can't get 8-10 to show in the very top of the setup page where it tells you what satellite you are on.

What kind of LNB you have. The 110 is in port 2. Then the LNB type is OCS-DP. For more info here's the link below in my signature.

You might not have your dish pointed right or a bad switch. Try physically changing your cable for 8/10 to another port and then change your port settings in antenna settings.

I am using a dish 500 with a dp quad. I have tried several ports on the lnb...still the same. I have moved the dish...nothing changes. I have set a number of these up with no problems. Help
