froze while updating

HELP my ultra froze while it was updating. i was loading files off my usb and it froze at the part while it says plz do not power off.
can someone plz tell me what to do?

same thing happened to me i just loaded theold bin from the computer and it works fine .other than freezing .

well nothing comes up with the turn it on like not even a menu or anything so how am i suppose to load new bins?

Do the following steps.. i had the exact same problem. you need to connect the serial cable from your pc to the back of your receiver

#1- use loader 2. This can be found here..

#2. download the latest bin

#3. follow the instructions here..

do this via the serial cable that came with the receiver. follow the previous instructions closely!

The mistake i made was not clicking PC<STB quickly enough. When you turn on the receiver, click that button immediately as the light to the receiver come on. Good Luck!
