Missing PPVs

I use to get all PPVs, VODs etc but after running a fixfail file and re-scanning I am missing almost all PPVs (any thing from 509 to 541 is missing). I scanned several time but it brings back the same channels. also ech8 and 7 both are showing the same channels.It use to be some difference between these 2

Load Factory File v132 and the latest BIN and Auto Scan the sats again using these settings...

how do you get the 12239 to stay on bird 7? when i change it to that and save the settings, it changes back to 12224 when I go back in. its always done that, but i've never had problem scanning sats until now. Can you look at my post and give me your expert opinion?
