Which dish and lnb you are using? What are your level, quality and menu settings?

77 signal and 65 quility but on 118 sighal 75 and quility 0 i,m using a twin lnb setting ocs-dp

STRANGE AS IT MAY BE i had the same problem it would drop that channell an A&E out come to find out it was the LNB most of my channels worked on 119 but 118 106 an a few mor would drop out is yours droping the channel out of the box?

if the quality is low on that tp you may need to slightly adjust your dish or try a new sat info file, you may need an update. you can also check a channel list to see if that channel has moved.

I agree with tnp. Quality zero means you need to tweak your dish and don't forget to set lnb freq. to 10750.
What I did with 118, short listed TPs of my favorite channel and stop setting/tweaking when I got more than 60% quality on my required TPs.
