Help with locked Ultra
I have a VS ultra that is locked and I have no idea what the code is to unlock. Does anyone know anyway that one can unlock this unit without the code? The person who locked it did it accidentaly and does not remember what numbers were used. Any help would be appreciated.

Well it has now let me in but won't give me any programing. Asks for the code, when I go to menu and try to unlock it tells me that it is the improper code and will not let me go any further. Any ideas???

try a hard boot.turn off then on from switch on back of reciever.

Have two Ultra's and saw a list with mastercodes for all receivers on freesatfix.com.
Factory code is 0000 but there are a couple of other four digit numbers.
My problem with Viewsats is loading newest bin.After loading unit dead showing either 8..8 or b..b and have to start restoring again.If you do know solution let me know
