Autorolling every 15 minutes

I have been experiencing autorolling on my viewsat ultra every 15 minutes. Can anyone help me figure this out. I power it down and up and then have no signal. I then play with the coax connection from the dish to the receiver. I get signal again at 86% and then the channels come back. It's been a bit windy where I am but I don't know if that is the problem. Please help.

Did you try a hard re-boot with the back switch??

Im experiencing same thing,(freeze ) might need new bin to fix issue.

You are not alone. I have an Extreme and a Plat and having the same problem. Re-booting or turning off A/R doesn't help.

same thing here in central alberta on b3v. it just comes back on it's own

mine is rolling every 5-15 min also good connections and all btw it is wed and the ecms usually hit bout this time

Did hard reboot but it still freezes,i put it on 202 and pic comes back.

Another user said that he re-loaded the bin 3 times and it seems to be holding, give it a try and let us know.

I tryed reloading,,,, same problem I think we need a new Bin..

well,I tried that a few times but still the same,doesn't seem to help at all.......I guess we have to wait!!!!!!!!!
