Loaded file black screen just says no audio or video.Had it on channel 200 for about 30 min.

At the back switch, turn it to off then a few seconds later to on.

Done a hard reboot still no video or audio.The guides all messed up to cant find channels gonna try rescaning the sats.

ok, before you worry about the new bin, go to receiver section and make sure the bin actually loaded successfully. i have had on occasion where it seemed to load the bin but did not actually save it.
in regards to the new bin.
all good !!!!!!!

Ok got it my guide was all messed up no audio or video had to do a factory default redo my setting and rescan sat. seems to be working allright now.
