if that doesnt help try loading the latest file again, I assume you have already tried the freezing fix.

Well Vs Ultra has a 080424U-1 fix for the Ultras V2 .So at anytime you install a new fix .And after removing the usb from the STB .Please reboot the STB with the rear switch .
This will save the tester a lot of headaches in the future .
