Viewsat Ultra Problem

for some reason i have the indian channels but the picture never comes and i have full signal =/ i dont know why it does this and while im watching tv out of nowhere the signal gets lost and the signal is at like 21 or lower and it takes forever for the signal 2 come back i tried everything i can 2 make the signal stay but nothing works so if u guys can hlpe me tht would be very nice so yea plz help thanks =]

You need to provide additional relevent details on your setup and the sat you are pointing - if you can expand some one will be happy to help...meantime here is a link to the Asian Sat prog section from site's help section you may EXPLORE/Search - to resolve your issue..stay rt here with ABADss..ppl helpin ppl here @ ABAdss...

remove and clean all the coax connections, make sure there is no water, then re-connect and tape or silicone up good. make sure the LNB shows no sign of damage or cracks that could let moisture in. make sure your using RG6 cable and not longer than 100' . make sure your switch, if your using one, is as close to the receiver as you can get it. if all else fails you may have a bad switch or LNB or maybe even STB power supply.
