no channels on 119
Hello everyone love your forum very helpful! I have a bit of a problem i just got the vs ultra and i get all the channels for 110 but no channels on 119 it shows quality and signal but no channels i tried scanning with all diff. setting to no avail can someone help me?

Are you sure it says your getting signal for 119 and not 110. Sounds to me like your dish is not skewed right. The signal you are getting , I bet is from 110. When you put on 119 sat, does it say 119 in the corner or 110. If you are getting signal, then you should get channels downloaded. This is why I say your not aimed correctly...

I do not get channels on 119. I get the messdage no video nor audio. Can you help me?

thanx you guys so whats puzzeling me is that i just upgraded from a pansat 2300 to vs ultra i didnt do anything to the dish and i used to get both satt 110 and 119 now with this receiver i only get 110

it has to be something to do with your settings, post them and we can see if there is a problem there.

did you check your A/V cables? and make sure it is in correctly?
