Viewsat Down?
Is dn down? Just got home and turned tv on been autorolling for over 15 mins,  just wondering

Thanxs for your help everyone. Oh and by the way incase anybody is wondering dn is up, had to let it auto roll for about 45 mins and then everything is fine. Don't know why it took so long

Sorry did not reply quicker Buddy, just rose from bed. Some units take longer to auto roll than others. Next time this happens, try doing a hard reboot and then let it auto roll. Never try changing channels while it is auto rolling, this only slows the unit down. You can also load the keys manually if you prefer. If your unit keeps taking this long, you might want to load the factory bin, then the latest bin, rescan the sats. The Viewsat Ultra shouldn't be taking that long to roll keys...

yup, some vs are taking 30-45 minutes to roll.

Thank you for respond, yeah i tried hard reboot and even reloading file just wanted to know, beacuse someone had asked if it was down and they said no but yet i was still autorolling for a long time, I know that sometimes it takes a while just thought it was taking to long all is good now and once again ty for respond.

Look into making your own opkey file for times like this, they're easy to do.
