Re: C band Question
The satellite you want is both Ku and C, but the majority of the channels are C-band. The Invacom QPH031 is Ku only. What channel(s) are you looking for?

Re: C band Question
According to Lyngsat your Ku dish is barely big enough for C from that sat, but you are not going to easily mount a C-LNB on such a small dish. C-LNBs are designed for C-dishes with large dish focal points. I have yet to find a C-LNB for Ku dishes.

Re: C band Question
I know of that one. It comes in 2 types. One for 10.7-12.75GHz Ku and the other for 11.7-12.2GHz Ku. It is 65mm in diameter, so you will probably need to change your LNB mount. I don't know if use of the scalar ring that normally comes with it is absolutely necessary. If so, that complicates the mounting setup. That's beside the focal point issue.
Next to consider is your receiver. Is it C-ready?

Re: C band Question
Sorry, I just looked and saw that you posted under Viewsat. I have a Sonicview which is made by the same outfit, so I assume your receiver is C-capable. The sats at 119, 110, and 91 are Ku.
FYI: Don't overbid on e-Bay for the C/Ku LNB. Sadoun has it for $49, and the BSC621-2 with Universal LNB, which my SV has a setting for, has a wider frequency range, 10.7 - 12.75GHz, for FSS and BSS Ku coverage. Good luck.
