vs ultra had it turn off since jan 2008
need pointers
had power off to the unit since jan 2008 turn it on today no channels and i done a update file pftausw-080523u-1. my singal is like 20 to 30s nothen in th q metter. i did check the dish outside every things good two lnb pro 500
any suggestons.

First of all  to ABAdss. Bud, you need to antenna setup and autoscan to have Channels...BTW, what Satellite are you pointing at.

Yea ,and make sure 119 is port 1 . Then 110 port 2 .autoscan sats .place it on ch#200 and wait for everything to catch up .

if your quality is only 20-30 you probably need to align your dish slightly. it has probably moved a bit since january.

My suggestion/question
is lnb type correct in setup and not set to a fta lnb settings
