Viewsat Ultra Problem after trying to upgrade receiver
Hey,
my viewsat isn't showing anything at all...i can't access any screens what so ever.
Any ideas and recommendations?

Did you have TV before? If so, turn the power switch off in the back of the receiver and then back on.

i tried sportsman's advice...hasn't worked. i'm going to try slowboy's advice now...wish me luck!
one strange thing i noticed was that when i switched the on/off button on the receiver, the time goes back to 00.00.

haha, wow, it worked =P. i don't recall pressing the on off button at anytime, so i never thought about doing this.
