Before spending for another unit,last try is to get a new null serial cable to finalize if it is the cable problem. Were let you know when the cable arrived.

I get one from radio s_ack RS-232C cable but it does not even load to the receiver it only show "Resending " it won't even load, maybe the cable is RS-232C with a "C" but the guy in the store said that should be the right one. Anywhere borrow a nullmodem cable from my friend viewsat lite, the loadind go through my ultra but after finishing loading it won't Reboot only the same words you can see on the LCD is "FAIL". try reloading many times with Factory and latest bin same answer "Fail". Give up and gotta return the RS-232C cable back to R_dio S_ack cost $18.99.
