epg problem

missing channels and say no info will roll in but seems we r having problem with programs an maybe things to come have and run 3 different stb and am missing same channels on all the same

Have you tried to download the epg in the setup menu?

rescanned and reset all and have loaded the epg many times auto roll on settings right I am running ultra vs 7000 and sv 400 all the channels missing in epg are same in all and the vs 7000 say no vidoe or audio file as well as no info but it will not roll the channels in like the other two dont know why thought maybe in the programs

I think that all VSU are haveing that issue at this time I am missing some on 110! it is not the first time VSU has had this issue it will be fixed in time.
