port3 and port4 on 119

how can you autoscan port 3 and then port4 without loosing any channels?When i auto scan port3 on 119 and save settings and then autoscan for port 4 i am loosing all channels on port 3 what am i doing wrong.
what does port mean?

The post is for each sat ie port 3 is 110 and port 4 is for 119. How many sats are you pointing at?

I am pointing to 3 satellites 110 118 119 when i am auto scanning 110 and 119 i have an option to change ports?and when i change ports i am able to get some more channels.for example when i auto scan port 2 on 119 i get cnn and port 3 i get some international channels which i am not receiving when i am on port 2

try putting 110 on 1, 119 on 2 and 118 on three..factory reset the box and auto scan 110 and 119 then blind scan 118...scan ports in 1-2-3 order....

Ok buddy. Start all over again... First do a Factory default to delete all channels... Then setup your antenna setting:

For 110W:
LNB power : ON
LNB freq. : 11250
LNB type : ocs-dp if using dish pro/plus.
22khz : OFF
Tp freq. : 12224
diseqc. : PORT 2
none
none

Then save/yes.Then autoscan, and save/yes after finish scan.
For 119W:
just change the port to port 1 for 119W.

Then save/yes. Then autoscan, and save/yes after finish scan.

For 118W :
Port 3

Then save/yes.. Then autoscan...
