Turn off and Turn on the receiver.
 My viewsat ultra is working again for DN and BEV all i did is turn off the power on the back and wait for 10 sec and turn it on and it is working again.

Glad ur watching ur fav show - BTW-FYI there r number of small issues that can be RESOLVED or RESET d box simply by doing what u did..so keep that in mind folks..
Disconnect power source - pause a short while - reconnect -reboot wait while parked @ a strong channel like CNN200 or SPEED 150..
Often after key changes n small interruptions like temp loss of signals n likewise..

And what would this have to do with a Viewsat thread about re-booting??
Zippo, my friend. You should find the Pansat section and start you're own thread there.
But to answer your question.....you'd need to upgrade first before being able to download loaders or files. Highly recommend you upgrade.
We always ask members to post in their appropraite receiver sections to avoid confusion.
