Angry Won't Stop AutoRoll

Please help...I have had a VS Ultra for over 1 year now and I think I know what I'm doing for the most part.

I moved last week and ever since my box will not work. At first, it wouldn't even get a signal, even off of my friends dish which has a perfect signal. I reloaded a new factory file and my box froze up several times. It usually froze when I would try to load in the newest A/R file. I finally got a good signal (S:75, Q:80 to 86), but everything keeps autorolling except channel 100. Something isn't right here. Is my box toasted? Can I have a setting wrong that keeps it autorolling?

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Re: Won't Stop AutoRoll

Try a factory default, then reload new bin and scan birds again.
put the stb on channel 200 after your scan and wait.

Re: Won't Stop AutoRoll

Try what chill said. What are your settings? What kind of dish/lnb? Make sure your factory reset, reload the loader and the latest file.

Re: Won't Stop AutoRoll

I have a dishpro set-up and I have tried what iceman said already. I reloading it again as I write this. Hopefully you guys can get me through this. I'm going CRAZY!

When you say do a factory default, do you mean going into the menu screen and doing it there? Do I do this after I reload the factory file?

Thanks

Yes go into the menu and do it before loading the factory file and current bin.

Re: Won't Stop AutoRoll

Well usually I would do a factory reset first.

LNB - OCS-DP for both
Freq - 11250 for both
119 - port 1
110 - port 2

Re: Won't Stop AutoRoll

carefully check your antenna settings and all your connections, 99% of the time it is human error that is the cause of these type of problems.
