channel guide not working - ABA DSS

HEY GUYS! I can't seem to get the guide on my viewsat ultra to come in. The viewsat is pretty new to me because I have been using a pansat but I'm helping out a friend set it up and we are kind of stuck. I tried doing a search but came up empty. Any info would be apreciated!!!!

If you load the EPG?
or leave your channel at cnn(200)
you mean populate the guide?right.

go into setting should be a menu called epg(or something close to that ) and at bottom you can load the epg

Hello Bigevil..I am having same guide problem..but my is the time in middle of the guide, the date is correct and the time on top is correct but the 2 hours guide is off by 7 hours. for example 10 am but the guide show 5 pm - 7 pm.. any suggestion to correct this problem ...Thanks Redstar

Just go in time settting - if you're in Canada put -5 - it is only a problem with your time setting.....give it a try

Yo Ladouce.. Thanks for the reply.. my time is a-ok no problem but the time on the guide is out of wrack..the guide info is correct but the time above the guide is out..Thanks again..

go to settings and put the summer time OFF
