VS Ultra minor issues?

Just curious if anyone is having similar problems with their VS Ultra? I am currently watching DN and B and find if I watch either sat for any extended period of time or leave the box on one sat, i have to autoroll for about 10 - 15 minutes when I switch back to a channel on the other sat. Is this normal or is there a way around it. Also find that some premium digital channels such as Setanta on B pixelate and stutter a lot, is there anything I can do or is this par for the course? I'd appreciate your inout. My settings are pretty standard ie; 11250/12224 etc.. standard LNBs. Have done a factory def & hard reboot and reinstalled latest bin 0814, but made no difference. Have not upgraded factory firmware since I got the box though? If that's required, would also appreciate your input on how to do that without burning down my house!

Charlie and Bev change keys pretty regular. If your STB is on Charlie, and Bev changes keys, when you switch back to Bev, the STB will have to find the new keys. Your problem is just normal for this...

There have been some questions about freezing and auto rolling with the 8/14/08 bin, this is the first I've heard of ten mins. between switching between channels. The issue was brought out about switching between bev & DN.

Mine seems to freeze up from time to time and stays locked for about 2 minutes, plus the extended auto roll when I switch sats.
It's not perfect but I can live with it

I have the same problem on my VSpro buddy.
It will get fix sonner or later.
