Need help on VS Ultra

I need your help here. I am a newbie and just installed DN last week with a Viewsat Ulta V2 receiver with the help of a installer. Since it went off yesterday, I need to download the new file and load it in the receiver. Where do I find the new file and what are the steps to do to get the channels again?
