wont take new bin from usb

When I get to the point where the bin is high lighted I press ok but nothing happens , can some one help? Thanks in advance!

make sure the file is unzipped. if that is not the problem, turn off the receiver from the back, turn it back on, then insert the usb in and wait till it says it finds the usb. then as before, go to receiver update and select the file to load.

Has your usb stick been formatted?

i had the same problem did a factory reset and then loaded the bin again everything worked out fine
