Autoroll on 118.7 International Channels
I installed the Dish 500Plus to point to 118.7 and 119. All the international channels stay on autoroll for a long time. Am i missing anything here? Does it need any special key codes?
Any Ideas anybody....? Thanks

BTW, I use Port 2 for 119W. Hope this does not matter.

Re: Autoroll on 118.7 International Channels
the reason i am asking is that 90% of dish 500 do not come with universal knbs to get all the channels from anik f3 you need a lo freq universal lnb
if your lnb says 11700 you will not get it but you will pick up a few channels that are international .. .. but if you want all 130-150 you need a different lnb
and swap out the 119

Re: Autoroll on 118.7 International Channels
Thanks Tomcat and all. This is the new LNB which supports both 118.7 and 119. Not sure if I answered it correct. In any case, I am able to receive channels on the Neosat, but not the Viewsat Ultra. It finds the channels, signal quality is good, but stuck in autoroll, is this something to do with the Key codes? (opkey)?

OK buddy... Anik F3 sat. list will not work in VS ultra.. Just use the echostar 9 sat list to get 118W. Just add the tp freq : 11715 and you all set. Let us know the result.

Yeah, because the other TP freq. will follow when you do auto scan..
