Having problem with epg and PIP. - ABA DSS

I'm having problem with epg and PIP since installing latest update ****n't select PIP and seems to be on tuner 2 and epg seems to be on tuner1 and not on tuner2.Have separate lnbs per tuner not looped thru.I have run separate scan for each sat and each tuner

.Need some suggestion should I be running a factory reset before update.

Shouldn't epg be updating on both tuners and not on only one tuner,thankyou!!!!!

Have you have your EPG turn on?

In the user options stand-by mode EPG is on and guide dates is at 3 days.

Try to turn it off and back on, exit out, power it off for 5 mins then power it on again. Post back your result

I tried what you suggested and epg is still the same,should I do a factory reset and reinstall bin and do sat scan again.I noticed that tuner1 in dish setup menu has connection greyed out and cannot access.

Go head do that and do a fresh scan

I've installed new update and EPG works great only tuner1 seems to stop working and have to either restart receiver or go to menu and enter dish setup and select tuner2 for tuner1 to become active again.Also PIP is still not functioning properly.I would like to thank you for all your great help and advice so far you all do a great job in solving these problems.
