You will probably need to wait for it to autoroll, could take 20 minutes or more sometimes.

You have to wait fifteen or twenty minutes, and then got it.

Thanks so much for your inquiry, I'm sorry it took so long to answer I haven't been on line in a while. To answer your question my pansat was doing great until this afternoon and now it reads scrambled then comes up for a few minutes then back down again, is help on the way? Thanks

You need to add a new bin, a few receivers went down today, check your receiver download section for it.
