Questions bout my system

Ok so I am going a little crazy tring to figure out what is up with my 2800a. I am not the one who originally installed Loaders, Bins and such, what I was told was that 2700a was installed cause the person couldn't find anything on 2800a. Ok my question are...
1.How do I find out in my system what was installed the 2800a or the 2700a?
2.I can not find the bin # or loader for the 2800a except here and I at this time havent been here long enough to be a full member nor do I have a c/c to become a full member with $$$. Any other place where I could find it? I did find the loader on pansatusa.com but no BIN#
Ok so i only had 2 this time, I am learning as I go.

If you can't get membership here and you can't find the files on any free sites I guess you'll have to wait till you can get membership. Borrow someones card and pay them the cash. Just an idea. Good luck!

Ok this is strange just recieved notice in my email that if i would not being getting anymore forums (messages) till i visited the site again...heck i have been here on and off all day, my system was being moody...lol but it is up and running great. thanx again to everyone who helped me through this. this is site is GREAT. how come my 2800a can not switch from stand by mode b-71 to normal view mode?
