Need help on Quality levels

Hi, I am having some problems in quality levels in my 2800a.
I have a 80x75 cm dish.
I have a Dual LNBF Compatible with D****tv, tried to scan 119 bird with no luck, I have 75% in level and no quality. Program my Sat scan with LNB Standard, 11250, DiseqC in Off, turnned on all the Tp that come programed by factory, made a Blind Scan and quality is in off. Use for the dish az 227 and elev 57 degrees.
Also, I have an Universal Single LNB, used the same dish, cannot remember the program of the sat scan on this, moved to coordinates from Satmex5, and have the same numbers, 75% on level and 0% on quality.
Anyone has an idea what I am doing wrong.
I have not used a Sat Finder device, but before buying it, in other forum, read that the capacitors inside the deco, specially the ones that are in the power supply board. Is this correct ? Before bugging my device, and before buying the sat finder, want to know if I am programming or connecting something wrong.

Have you use any switches in between?

No, I am not using switches because I think that I might not need them because I only want to scan one bird first.
Before buying a bigger dish, and upgrade my package, I want to test if I can recieve at least one bird, I forgot to say that I live in Mexico City. Maybe the dish is too small for the case, but I have heard that it worked for someone else. I cannot find footprints on the web from 110 or 119. That is the reason why I tried the Satmex5.
Before buying something else, I want to know if I connected in the correct way. I forgot to mention that I was able to program the 2800a with a 28.01 loader, a 070731 bin and a Channel Master file.

I think your dish might be small for it

I have two more questions that maybe you can help me with
Do you know where can I find the footprints ?
Also, I do not know if the Dual LNBF is circular or linear ?
I read that the Universal LNB Single is linear, but cannot find any info on the Dual LNBF compatible with Di****tv.
