Any ideas as to why I am not getting any signal strenght for 119 TP 12268 to receive ESPN?

TP for 12224 signal is 85% strenght is 99%.

ESPN, PPV Movies are not even on my channel list after I do a blind scan? Do you suggest downloading a new channel list?

If so where can I get one for Sat 119 and 110?

I would like to thank Mods here for all the help.
