OK whats wrong with my box 2800a

I have had it up and running for a bit now, up till the 473 bin then it stopped , no channels at all not even the whats coming up for the next 3 days so I loaded bin 474 still nothing wtf I thought... I looked in my settings and now its saying I am getting 99% level and 99% quality I know that is so wrong , any help would be great , I know the 2700 had a bad cap that caused this I could not find any when I opened it up any ideas would be great even the caps I should be looking for and what I should be lookin for

ah its possible.
well first,you did plug the sat in the "if in" port correct?
press factory setting in main menu and go to installation and same results?

I added factory bin and set to factory sttings and still 99% and 99% for both with no picture I have never had 99% now for both whats going on ...?

I have set boxback with fac settings and fac bin and still 99% LVL AND 99% QAUILTY I have never had both that high .yet I get no picture and its 99% for all sats across the setup so I know something is wrong...please help

ok even when I unplug the if input it still comes up as 99% with nothing plugged in wtf?

what dish and lnb type do u have. what are your dish settings and what sats are u getting. are u going through any type of switch.

Its not even pluged into a dish anymore and still says ((5 for both I have a dish 500 with the old lnb's I had it hooked up to a 4 in 1 pansat , then tried the dish 2 in 1 they both worked before all this started now nothing
just 995 lvl and 99% quality even if no dish is plugged in ...
