Need help with diseqc switch

I have one lnb pointed at 91 and the other pointed at 82 on a dish 500 dish. When I connected the two cables from the dish 500 to a DMS International DiSEqC 4 in 1 Switch, my receiver cannot get both signal at the same time. It is either or. Try to play with the diseqc 1, 2, 3 or 4 for each input- nothing change. Any suggestion for this issue. Greatly apprecaite...

this sounds like a bad lnb.
sometimes they will go bad in this manner.
acting like it "sticks"
replace one lnb with a new one,the problem should go away.
if not change the other old one back with the new one and that should work.
(in other words,hunt for the bad lnb)

91 has more channels than 82 . you dont require them them both just use one. 91 has the spanish channels that 82 doesnt have .
what 82 has 91 has plus . thats all.

its true,bev's main programming is on 91.
however there are a few channles on 82 that are not on 91.
you may not like any of them(most people dont)
but there is a channle there i like called BINGO it plays alot of poker!
and a movie channle called SILVER SCREEN CLASSICS for old movies.
