I down loaded the new binfile, but it isn't working for me I have a Pansat 2800A. Can anyone help?

as long as you loaded the right file it should work. i have a 2700 some times you have to leave it on for a while for the autoroll to kick in

I have down loaded twice hoping to fix the problem but I am still scrambled I also waited as long as 2 hrs. with the receiver on. I have also rescaned the satalites echo 1.2 and echo 7. do you have any more info

hit 8282 on remote and go in where the keys are and 000 them out and then put on cnn channel 200 and turn off and on with back switch and let it sit to roll the keys

I went into Viacess 1 and add a 0 there was already a 0 there went to 200 turned unit off in back waited 20 min but still scrambled is there something else I can try?

also ,,ur suppose to turn it to channel 200,,then using the switch,,turn it off,,wait 10 seconds,,then turn it back ON ,,make sure its still on channel 200 and wait for new keys,,it can take as long as 20 mins for them to come in and set,,

did u try leaving ur box on ,,with it set to channel 200 for 20 mins ? in ur previous post,,it sounded like u just turned the box off for 20 mins and tried turning it back on,,,it needs to be left with the power on and set to channel 200,,also channel 239 will work ,,, i dont know much about key entering ,, be better to wait for bigevil to reply back,,hes way more knowledgeable then me,,he will tell u what to do,,
also while ur waiting for more info,,try scrolling thru ur menu ,,there may be an option that says Auto roll : ____ it may not be those exact words,, but it needs to turned on ,, check and see if its in ur menu,,usually under system settings or user settings ,,and make sure its set to on ,,

2800a still scrambled, I also have spoken to several people that have same unit and the binfile isn't working on their's either. Have you had any other complaints?

yes there are a couple of complaints with the file. read posts in 2800 help to keep updated

if you know how to enter keys yourself it will work right away.I had same problem until i read to enter keys. i did and it worked...
