Need Some Help Please???

I live in an apartment complex were i can not get singal for Direct TV, does that mean i cant get signal for Echo 110 or Echo 119. I really want to buy a Pansat reciver, but I dont know what to do.

I used D*rect before and my dish was pointed in the similar direction as E7 and E8.6 so if you were able to catch D*rect birds before you should be able to catch E7 and E8.6....hope that helps
