Pansat - Legacy twin compatability
I've researched and found that the compatiblity for this LNB has not been correctly configured using the "Legacy SW" in the antenna setup page.
I have followed some tips in an attempt to render use from this LNB, but to no avial.
I now think it's time to let someone far more advanced and informed than myself speak on the compatibilities behalf.
If anyone with first-hand knowledge, regarding the pansat and Legacy Twin's compatibility, could please step forward. Your time and energy will be greatly appreciated.

Drockstar,
My settings are as follows:
110
Lnb type: Standard
lnb freq: 11250
22khz: off
diseqc #2
legacy sw: twin lnb 1
skew: 45
tp: varies
Positioner: disabled
sat scan: all
119
standard
11250
off
#1
twin lnb 1
-45
varies
disabled
all
This is one of many combinations that I have tried. I have signal and get picture, but as soon as I try to change the channel, the inner switch causes conflict and "bad or scrambled" appears.
Thanks for your help, it is greatly appreciated

Try Changing it like I did in your Quote.......
You are not useing the diseqc switch in on the line right????
I believe you cane hook it up like a DP500 but you need to use the legancy switch setting to control the internal switch.....

If you have these settings I would use them.....
119W
LNB Type: Standard
Legacy SW: SW42 Dish1
(other settings default)
110W
LNB Type: Standard
Legacy SW: SW42 Dish2
(other settings default)

Thanks for the advice, unfortunately the switching problem persists. Not as bad as before, but still somewhat annoying.
Do you know if this type of LNB is compatible with pansat, as is with other stb's?
thanks

Should work fine.... You have one cable running from the dish directly to the pansat right?

Drockstar,
Yes, I've got one cable straight to the stb.
On your post about using "legacy SW" SW42 dish 1 for 119 and SW42 dish 2 for 110, you said all other settings to be at default. How about the diseqc? what should this read? Thanks

have tried this also,it wont switch correctly.
have to channel rock,or go to installation and move switch setting back and forth,a real pain, replaced with regular legacy lnbs.
this is an old outdated lnb, probably why it never got worked on more for compatibility, hardly anyone has one lol.
you probably replaced with a dp or legacy singles by now,but i wanted to add this info for those who may read it,search etc.
