pansat 2500 owners! *update* 2500 auto roll fix is here now
just when you thought it was over lol,the boys are doing all they can to squeeze out another fix for the old girl!
c/p from team blacklist:
We would like are member to understand the Pansat 2500a are taking longer to support because of the fact there are only 1mb Flash Rom chips .Are team are working very hard to make a working fix for the 2500a models. We should have a fix out in the matter of a few days. We also may have to strip menus out of the unit to free up space.I hope you all understand.
Regards
TeamBlackList
end c/p

back to arboristman:
now guys,to help you understand, the flash rom is the size for a bin that will fit on the receiver.
the newer units out now are 4 mbs (captiveworks 600s premium/viewsat ultra for example) -some like the pansat -2700/2800/3500/and sonicview-sv-4000 are 2 mbs for example.
and did you know the new pansat 250sm has the biggest flash rom capacity!
8 mbs!!! now this girl can hold a bin!
just some info to help you when you will have to upgrade.
flash rom is also known as the: "flash memory" you see in the specs.

I know this is good news, I just about had the people I help with there files that the pansat 2500 is dead and that will include the fortec lifetime. What do you think, if there is a fix for the 2500, will there be a clone lfix?
