Panny 250SM channel help!
Anyone help with programing channels for the new bad boy 250SM? I am not getting all PPV etc. my sat menu is saying 119 (bird) is locked. I also need to delete a few sats i entered in if anyone can help that would rock!

do a factory default and start over.
what do you have for lnb(s)/ switch/dish ect?

Thanks guys. I have a dish pro LNB- Dish 500 I am not using a switch but I have a 4x1 DISCqC switch if we need it. Pansat 250SM.

ok great.
do a factory default-or delete all channels.
settings need to be:
lnb type: dish pro
diseqc 119 port 1 (echo 7)
110 port 2 (echo 6,8)
no switch used,just line out from either port of the lnb into receiver,with no switch/splitters used of any kind.
both birds will read locked.
do a sat scan.

Hit SAT button and select Echostar Package. This will renumber the channels in the proper DN order. This is best, as you will never have to worry about any duplicate channels displaying the list this way.
Since DN moves channels around from time to time, be sure to write these settings down and keep them in a safe place. It is best to do a factory reset and then setup sats and rescan channels once every month, or whenever you see some channels missing.
Also, a factory reset sets your time at a default, so adjust time for your time zone if it is incorrect.

you will see the pic is skippy/jumpy on movie channels and ppv i have heard 
and don't sort channels,thats buggy too.
you will see many bugs,they will get fixed soon we hope. |
