Please help me on the elevation setting, I can't set below 10 and even if set it to 10 the dish is pointing to ground. Please explain how can i set the el to 5.8 Thanks.

can someone help me. i am trying to obtain 61.5 echostar 3 with zipcode 94015. according to the calculation, elevation should be set at 14.2. when i set my dish, it appears to be pointing to the ground. additionally, my pansat 2500a shows 68 for level and 0% for signal. i am doing something wrong. any help for anyone is appreciated.
