Can't seem to catch WXIX on Echo8...help?

Hey guys, Im tryin to get WXIX which is the local FOX channel in Ohio so I can watch the Cincinnati basketball games.....on Lyngsat WXIX is listed under TP8 for 110 but when do a scan for TP8 it doesn't come up.....I am in Davis, CA 95616........any help would be great. Thanks

Tried entering it in manually but still no luck.....I can get local New York channels and thats even farther east than Ohio......any other ideas?

due to the spot beam you will not get it

Will I be able to get it if I get a larger dish?....btw what is a spot beam?
