channel list needed
hello.
i had previously installed a channel list(dish 500) not knowing it was not the proper for my antena. it is there a good channel list i could get? it might be why i am having problem with some channel. i have a regular dish!?

you have a dish 500 with 2 separate legacy lnbs hooked up to a diseqc then?
either way,do yourself a huge favor and do your own sat scan.this will get you all channels AND all your local spotbeams.

Have you tried the Echostar package, press the sat button on your remote, arrow down and select Echostar package. This will put your channels just like D!$H networks...

i do not have a dish 500 the channel list i installed said it was for dish 500 i just thought it was not difference or it is????
if i do a scan i would get a big mess of channel some repeated, i think!  or not???

a dish 500 comes with many different lnbs.
trust me,don't mess with channel list's.
go to channel edit.and delete all channels.(or factory default,just make sure you know your settings)
then setup and do a sat scan for both birds.then you will be a happy man.

ok my dish says direct tv still think if i do a scan would i be able to organized it
i just always had used channel list so i could be making a deal out of nothing.
