I just had the same problem except mine went down like 5 minutes after I had it hooked up with the ppv on, now when I turn it on there's no lihgts or anything.

Mine went down as well after 30 minutes or so. Nothing happens when I power up...This could possibly be one of those "bad" files we have been hearing about..

No it's the file released by Blacklist but them and their hang ups about clones the **** file is also ****ing up some original 2500As too, this is bull****.

Well I never post cause I am usually just a reader/tester... I guess I should have waited for official word - but I do own 2 ORIGINAL Pansat 2500's. This sucks!


One box wont give me a display

And the other -which I turned off after the load is still working but will not take a flash. I wanted to roll back to what I had but STB loader keeps saying "Flash Update Fail..." regardless of the bins I use... I am leaving this box off till a known fix for this released..

It's the same file that Blacklist released on his website but the stupid thing is killing original 2500As too. This is a bunch of crap, now the people with dead pansats will have to jtag it.

Pansat 2500A working now about 1hr no prob.
To maybe address the problem with the 2500A bin. You guys remember when the Blackbird was the big guy on the block? Until they decided to write a bin file that would kill clones!!! It did just that and also killed most of the ST1000 BB. this was a ploy to boost sales of the ST2000 the new BB that was out. All owners of the ST1000 got GE with the kill clone bin file. Then we all had to get a chip upgrade that wasnt worth sh__. The only choice the st1000 BB owners had was to buy a new st2000. R change brand of receivers. Well as you all know BB is now the lowest receiver in the FTA world, they killed their own birds and killed the future sales in the process. I sure dont hope this happens to the 2500A. Mine is up for now but i see alot of 2500A owners with GE at present.

Just my 2 cents of events in the past
