autoroll

good morning everyone, i don't know why my,pansat 2700a, autoroll is not taken the new keys every time there is a new set of key i have to put it in manually because the autoroll is not working propertly ,? i think?. i'm not trying to rush anybody but i needed some help asap.thankyou in advance for your support.

Try loading keys manually and make sure to leave reciever on full time. I read somewere on this site that they are sending key changes to different birds at different times.
