program guide problem

Hi:
I got my pansat 2500a and is working good, but i have a problem with the program guide (that's the EPG key in the control). when i press that key it show me the program guide TV but with nothing on it...
What's wrong there? It's happen the same to all of you guys?
it's a problem with the channel list i have?
