ho do i set up my 2nd dish so I can get more channel? I have one of my dish working the only thig is I only get 110 and only up to 300 channel. I want to get more channel. pls. help set up my 2nd dish with 1 pansat 2500A.
I have the multi dish switch that comes with the pansat.
Yes I have the 4x1 Switch, but how do I set them up? do I just plug in the new dish? how do I get the signal without having conflict with the 1st dish?
The 4X1 switch has 4 inputs marked 1 thru 4. Connect the two cables to two inputs and in the pansat select the correct input.
Pansat setup (Press menu on remote to enter setup)
installation
antenna setup
select the first satellite (say 110 is on input #1 on the switch)
go to 22Khz and change to ON
go to DiSEqC and change to #1
exit
OK to save
select the second satellite (say 119 is on input #4 on the switch)
go to 22Khz and change to ON
go to DiSEqC and change to #4
exit
OK to save
Pansat automatically sends commands to the switch to select appropriate satellite based on the channel you select to watch.
