is there a new fix I have the october one?? Help

I came home and all the channels say "data is being downloaded" on all the channels if theres a new fix can someone please let me know. By the way I have the october fix. or should I try the one in the newbiee section and I already tried the cold reboot from the back switch. Im stuck Help
