When i download the channel list into my pansat 2700a it doesn't show up in the menu, any suggestions

This is great. It is everything you need. However, I'm having trouble getting many of the channels on both 110 & 119. I know my spot beam may be the problem with many of the locals on 110. Is there anything I can do about that? Does my positioner setting in USALS need to be changed? If so, to what? Also, I cannot get the the first half of the channels on bird 119. I have read where others have had this problem, but I have never seen the solution. Does your dish have an effect on bringing in these channels?(CNN, TNT, TBS, WGN, ESPN1&2, etc.) I have tried everything I know how. Any and all responses are welcomed. Thank you.
