SuperDisk,no PPV, HBO,no ESPN, Please help!

I have one SuperDisk and Pansat 2500A. I downloaded the 11-06 file and input the 12-04 new key. I am able to pick up the signals from 110,119,121. I scanned them,only got some international channels, abc,cbs,nbc and other a few american channels. No PPV, no HBO, even no ESPN,CNN,History,Discovery. I am in the west coast,94087.
Scanned Echo8.6, echo9, echo 7 with all default settings. All lever and quality of them are over 75%. I am new to this area. Can anyone please help me on this?

Can you please be specific as how to do it?
Should I change some setting, i,e. LNB Local freqency,skew,DisEqc,etc when doing scanning? thanks.

If you are, is the diseqc option enabled? and used #1 #2 #3 or #4 respectively for each bird you are trying to tune in?

Previously, I didn't enable diseqc optional. Right now, I just tried Diseqc #2 ,and HBO,PPV,ESPN were scanned in.(Also tried #1,#3,#4, not able to get them).
However when I was viewing them, it showing "Scrambled or bad channel".(I was able to view other channels,like ABC,NBC,international channels) Any idea? Does SuperDisk cause these problems?

I tried again with just blind scan, and got almost 500 channels scanned in, including HBO,PPV,etc. 95% are working. Amazing, blind scan is the silver bullet.
