Pansat 2500 NO Sound / NO Voices

I can view TV fine , But I have no voices can anyone help

Make sure volume is up on the pansat remote. Check the audio feed to the tv and make sure it is plugged in.

Does the tv have sound without the receiver being on ?

yes it does it works with my other pantec sound and all

Well I sometime ran until no sound for my pansat 2500a and i try this it work for me and it might work for you. Try to switch the chanel on your tv not the satellite from from i guess the recommended chanel 3 for using pansat to another tv chanel and then back to the original that you use to watch your pansat with. I dont' know if you had try that, it seem stupid but it work for me. Good Luck . Oh make sure all the audio cable is connect correct and the sound from the TV and the satellite reciever at on.

If this happened after you loaded a new bin I would try reloading. Take it back to factory and reload everything. Also first switch off the unit with the switch on the back and let it reboot.
